How to differentiate or find a good spiritual gurus?
We might start by realizing that a professional in their industry is not a guru. A smart individual is not a guru. A charming person or someone with a large following are not gurus. Not every spiritual guide is a guru. The last point is that most people who self-identify as gurus are not.
Guru is defined as a "dispeller of darkness" in its literal sense. Here, ignorance is the darkness .A guru is a perfect entity who has attained enlightenment and comes among humans out of pure love to guide them back to their source. You require the assistance of someone with sight when you are wandering through your confusing life . You require a guru. The only way to get out of the huge confusion that has been produced in the world is to follow someone who has attained enlightenment.
The world rarely sees a true master. After extensive training across multiple lives, he becomes a guru. Millions of people are inspired to turn to spiritualism by his very existence, which electrifies the atmosphere. He uses his methods and teachings to gradually but surely change those who come into contact with him.
But do we have an opportunity to see this gurus today ? lets get to our topic how to find or differentiate gurus in today’s world ?
Whatever you have in your sub conscious mind once in a while
it will definitely come into your words ,so you have to deeply watch over the
words and actions of the gurus you want to follow. A great difference between a
teacher and a guru is teacher tells or teaches you the things but gurus gives
you an experience …
some gurus in their mind might have an idea of scaling up their business
growing their aashrams into bigger sizes ,increase their net worths and trying
to sale you different practices or give you a different directions ,then he
might several times try and bring different different courses to you ,you have
to understand that where is he trying to
take you to, if he is trying to make you feel
and question you ,who am I ?why am I here ?what is the purpose of me and
my life ?and how can I make my life meaningful contribution to this world ? and
bringing you closer to yourself ,than you might be on a right path…but if he is
giving something and that is bringing you to more deeper trouble ,then you
might be with a wrong guru..
First, acknowledge
that the word "spirituality" refers to matters of the spirit.
understand this word correctly. what is spirit ? the soul its not a soul ,nor
your soul or my soul or his soul it’s the soul ,the spirit ,which we call
consciousness ,awareness. If they are talking about that and bringing and
hitting the spirit on you than that’s spirituality, but in the name of
spirituality if they are selling you something else that that’s a different
game they are playing with you my friend .you need to understand that before
getting into your spiritual journey.
deeply you have to understand that
,which gurus are bringing you towards yourselves and there’s no need to change your reality ,nothing to do nowhere to go and nothing to achieve
that’s the real spirituality & also if you need something from spirituality
then it might not be for you…but if you want to understand that “me” in this journey then ,spirituality is for you .
spirituality is not for finding something better it’s about
understanding yourselves .you will not get anything at the end of this journey ,your
body ,your mind everything will remain same but the way you understand yourself might change..
